| Read Our Blog Read Our Blog Blog Farewell and Fair Well! Jennifer Caceres March 25, 2015 Training, Workforce 0 After four years of working with a number of the most outstanding professionals and passionate shoppers, it has come time to branch out into one other level of my profession. Please know, National Able Network has been far more than a job, it has been a possibility in many ways for me. In my time here, I’ve been capable of give and obtain within the areas of coaching, mentoring, and seeing the best in people. I am actually grateful to have been a part of our progress and success and to uphold the integrity that serves as the inspiration to this great agency. To our prospects: Thank you for allowing me to guide and educate you about job readiness, patience, finding the silver lining, and carrying out objectives. Thank you for permitting me to counsel and listen, to be the one you turned to when the sunshine wasn’t so brilliant. Thank you for trusting me with your private journeys and repeatedly coming ba ck to me with the stories of the way you’ve found gainful employment. It is because of this stuff that I got here to work every day with a objective. To our employees: Thank you for accepting me into a place and trusting me with our prospects. Thank you for believing in me as a person new to Chicago with nice ardour and little workforce knowledge. Thank you for investing in me and giving me the opportunity to put on many hats in more than one division. I am a nicely-rounded professional due to this. To my group: Thank you for truly believing in me, supporting me in each project, and trusting me with new concepts. Thank you for listening after hours, accepting me completely with out judgement, and, most importantly, thanks for making me snort till my stomach damage. It is due to you that I consider myself a true coaching professional and exude confidence. One factor I’ve at all times tried to be, and shall be sooner or later, is a positive person. In parting, I encourage you to t ry the place you are right now and contemplate it a possibility. It’s either one you have to act on and make changes, or one that you can flourish in.
